Hall carpets on third floor were very dirty and duck tape on the box spring was a big no no.

Convenient location for what we needed, friendly staff.

The room had a horrible smell!

We just needed a place to spend the night. They gave us a room that had a handicap bathroom. And the room had a very strong smell; actually it seemed like the smell was coming from the toilet. But we were just so tired to ask for another hotel room and after a couple of minutes we got used to that smell. We were awakened at 7:00 AM with a fire alarm, the staff made no effort to communicate with us the fire was on the third floor, we were on the first.

The staff was nice friendly at check in or in the morning at check out. We had to leave very early 7:00 because of something happening on the third floor, we were on the first, the fire trucks
were there, the staff made no attempt to reassure us that all was well or not so we left very early after checking in really late from driving all day. There was no communication from the hotel staff regarding the fire alarm raging in our ears. ...read more

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds on the planet!

The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I could barely sleep. There was no remote for the TV in the room which was quite annoying.
